Zumba is new to the UK however it is a phenomenon in the USA.. As very few people have experienced a Zumba class I have aded a few videos to show you more about Zumba. These are located on the video link in the left hand navigation bar.
There is a concept video that tells you a little about Zumba then there is a video of a Salsa routine and finally there is a video that has been taken at a Line dance event in USA. Between these video clips you should get a better understanding of what this dance craze is all about.

Zumba uses steps from all the styles of Latin dance like Merengue, Mambo, Salsa, Samba, Bachata, Reggaeton, Cumbia with a few hip hop moves and then adds a few keep fit moves, mixed in with Latin sounds and a lot of fun and there you have Zumba.
