What is Modern Line?
Country and Western line dancing is danced traditionally to Country Music, whereas Modern Line is danced to all genres of music from Pop, Funky, Latin even Irish music. The style is more modern and uses steps from Ballroom, Latin, disco, street and jazz dance. For the younger generation there is even a style called New line where you could even dance to rap music.
